Dědičné metabolické poruchy tvoří početnou skupinu onemocnění, charakterizovaných raritním výskytem. Abstract:
Inherited metabolic disorders comprise a large group of diseases characterized by rare occurence. Wide spectrum of clinical manifestations, particularly serious neurological problems, makes up for a low number of patients.
