Carbon monoxide detectors for protection of households

Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována prevenci otravy oxidem uhelnatým v domácnostech, pomocí příslušných detektorů. Poskytuje přehled o obecných vlastnostech oxidu uhelnatého se zaměřením na vlastnosti rizikové s důsledkem otravy. Poukazuje na možné zdroje otravy, její důsledky a kroky k jejímu předcházení. Zobrazuje taktéž přehled využívaných technologií pro detekci oxidu uhelnatého v domácnostech, jejich vývoj a rozdíl v užití na trhu v České republice a v zahraničí.

Abstract:

This work is devoted to the prevention of carbon monoxide poisoning in the households, using appropriate detectors. Provides an overview of the general properties of carbon monoxide with a focus on the properties with the risk of poisoning. It points to the possible sources of poisoning, its effects and steps to prevent it. Also displays an overview of technologies for the detection of carbon monoxide in the households, their development and the difference in the use on the market in the Czech Republic and abroad.
