Bakalářská práce se věnuje fenoménu blockchain, respektive jeho funkcionalitě smart contracts (chytré smlouvy) a analyzuje jejich vliv na byrokratické prostředí. Čtenáři je nastíněna mimo jiné problematika digitalizace, nevýhoda byrokracie a podstata zmíněných pokrokových technologií. Focus of this thesis is dedicated to the newest phenomenon – smart contracts as an opportunity to decrease bureaucracy. The attention is inter alia paid to the blockchain technology being a fundament for smart contracts to exist.
