The importance of Instructors club for young adolescents

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na Klub instruktorů, zájmový útvar pro adolescenty, který funguje při Středisku volného času Trutnov. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení pojmů potřebných pro výzkum. Jde především o charakteristiku adolescence, její vývojová specifika a potřeby adolescentů. Dále je rozebrána sociální skupina, její fungování, význam a vliv na jedince. Poslední je zážitková pedagogika a její metody. To vše je základem pro vymezení Klubu instruktorů jako sociální a vzdělávací skupiny. Empirická část se věnuje metodologii použitých výzkumných postupů kvalitativního charakteru a výsledkům výzkumu. Pozornost práce je soustředěna na význam Klubu instruktorů pro jeho absolventy, tak jak jej vnímají dnes. Co se naučili, co prožívali, jak je to formovalo a jakým způsobem to přesahuje do jejich dnešního života.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the Instructors Club, an extra-curricular meeting group for adolescents, which functions under the Leisure-time Centre Trutnov. The theoretical part serves to define the terms necesarry for the research. It is mainly the characteristic of adolescence, its developmental specifics and needs of adolescents. Furthermore, it deals with a social group, its functioning, significance and its influence on an individual. Finally, the last term defined is experiential pedagogy and its methods. The empirical part deals with the methodology of the implemented reseach methods of qualitative nature and the research results. The focus of the thesis is on the significance of the Instructors Club for its absolvents, specifically on how they perceive it now. What they learned, what they experienced, how did it help form themselves and how it influences them in their current lives.
