Comparison of the current funeral in urban and rural environment. By an example of localities Brno and Ratíškovice
Abstract:
Současný pohřeb v městském a venkovském prostředí vykazuje jisté rozdílnosti. V rámci této práce byl srovnán průběh pohřbu v Brně a jihomoravské obci Ratíškovice, a to především z hlediska sociálních vazeb účastníků těchto dějů. Práce je zaměřena na jednotlivé části pohřbu, věnuje se jeho přípravám, průběhu, smuteční hostině a osobám, které jsou do těchto procesů zapojené.
Abstract:
The current funeral in urban and rural environment shows some differences. In this thesis, two funeral processions were compared, primarily in terms of social ties during these events: one in Brno and one in a South Moravian village of Ratíškovice. The work focuses on individual parts of a funeral - its preparations, the funeral itself, the wake and people involved in the process.
