Ftaláty v kravském mléce získaného z mléčného automatu

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo stanovit koncentraci ftalátů (DBP a DEHP) v kravském mléce získaného z mléčného automatu. Vzorky byly získány z mléčnice a následně z mléčného automatu, kde mléko bylo plněno do skleněných lahví a do PET lahví. Vzorky byly analyzovány den a týden po odběru mléka. Odběr mléka se uskutečnil v říjnu a v prosinci 2019. Analýze byly podrobeny i obalové materiály. Vzorky byly analyzovány vysokoúčinnou kapalinovou chromatografii (HPLC). Ze získaných výsledků lze konstatovat, že při srovnání hodnot vzorků nebyla prokázána statisticky významná rozdílnost mezi koncentracemi PAE (DBP a DEHP) v mléce z mléčnice a z automatu, bez ohledu na to, zda mléko bylo plněno do skleněných, nebo plastových lahví. Lze tedy konstatovat, že mléko odebrané z mléčného automatu a jeho skladování v PET láhvích nemělo vliv na zvyšující se koncentraci ftalátů v mléce.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis was to determine the concentration of phthalates (DBP and DEHP) in cow's milk obtained from the milk machine. Samples were obtained from the tanker and then from the milk vending machine where the milk was filled into glass bottles and PET bottles. Samples were analyzed a day and a week after milk collection. Milk collection took place in October and December 2019. Packaging materials were also analyzed. Samples were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). From the results obtained, it can be concluded that when comparing the sample values, there was no statistically significant difference between the PAE concentrations (DBP and DEHP) in milk from the tanker and the milk vending machine, regardless of whether the milk was filled into glass or plastic bottles. It can therefore be stated that milk taken from the milk vending machine and its storage in PET bottles did not affect the increasing concentration of phthalates in the milk.
