The Treaty of Lisbon - Benefits and Risks
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o Lisabonské smlouvě jako dokumentu, který se dotýká občanů České republiky. Obsahem je historie vzniku Lisabonské smlouvy a průběh její ratifikace v jed-notlivých zemích Evropské unie. Práce zároveň mapuje nejzávaznější rizika vyplývající z přijetí Smlouvy pro státy EU, které ji ratifikují, a vyvozuje z těchto skutečností závěry.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with The Lisbon Treaty as the document concerning citizens of the Czech republic. The content of the work is focused on history of the Lisbon Treaty creation and ratification process in the particular countries of the European Union.
