Bullying and Other Forms of Violent Behavior from the Point of View of Children and Their Parents

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá šikanou a jinými formami násilného chování z pohledu dětí a jejich rodičů na druhém stupni základní školy. Výzkum byl prováděn na jedné nejmenované vesnické základní škole. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření a jeho zhodnocení jsou uvedeny v praktické části této práce. V teoretické části jsou pro lepší pochopení vysvětleny pojmy jako je agrese, šikana a kyberšikana. Dále práce podrobně popisuje jednotlivá stádia a formy šikany, taky její důsledky, se kterými se mohou především oběti setkat a varovné signály, kterých je si třeba všímat pro rychlejší odhalení šikany. Následně je v bakalářské práci zmíněno, kdo všechno se může stát agresorem či obětí šikany. V další kapitole jsou popsané rady, jak šikanu řešit a jak jí předcházet. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky dotazníkového šetření a jejich zhodnocení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with bullying and other forms of violent behavior from the point of view of children and their parents in secondary school. The research was conducted at one of the most renowned village primary schools. The results of the questionnaire survey and its evaluation are presented in the practical part of this work. In the theoretical part, terms such as aggression, bullying and cyberbullying are explained for better understanding. Furthermore, the work describes in detail the various stages and forms of bullying, as well as its consequences, which can be mainly encountered by victims and warning signals, which need to be noticed for faster detection of bullying. Subsequently, the bachelor thesis mentions who can become aggressor or victim of bullying. The next chapter describes the tips on how to deal with bullying and how to prevent it. In the practical part are presented the results of the questionnaire survey and their evaluation.
