Tato diplomová práce popisuje rizika vyplývající z konzumace sušeného ovoce. Shrnuje informace o hlavních biologických, chemických a fyzikálních nebezpečích a jejich výskytu v těchto výrobcích. This thesis describes the risks arising from the consumption of dried fruits. It summarizes information about the main biological, chemical and physical hazards and their occurrence in these products.
