Psychological resilience and occupational behavior of chosen proffesional group (primary school teachers)

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá fenoménem psychické odolnosti a angažovanosti. Jaká jsou specifika pracovní náplně učitelů a jaké nároky způsobují učitelskou zátěž v této profesi. Dále se tato bakalářská práce soustřeďuje na chování učitele, a jak jeho chování ovlivňuje jeho míru odolnosti. Jsou zde objasněny oblasti zaměstnání, kterým učitelé věnují nejvíce energie, na jejichž základě jim způsobují zvýšenou míru zátěže. V této práci je rozpracováno, jak učitelé vnímají svou zátěž a jak tato zátěž může ovlivňovat schopnost angažovat se v profesi učitele. Na závěr jsme uvedli několik doporučení, jak zvýšit svoji produktivitu práce, snížit psychickou zátěž a usnadnit si výkon profese. V rámci této práce byl také zpracováván výzkum, zabývající se problematikou vztahu psychické odolnosti a angažovanosti učitelů na druhém stupni základní školy.

Abstract:

This labor is focused about the phenomenon of psychic resilience and engagement. Describes the specifics of the workload of teachers and what are the demands of teachers in this profession. Furthermore, this bachelor thesis focuses on the behavior of the teacher and how his/her behavior influences his/her level of resilience. There are clarified areas of employment, where teachers devote the most of their energy, which makes them more burdensome. This work explores how teachers perceive their burdens and how this burden can influence the ability to engage in the profession of teacher. In conclusion, we have made some recommendations on how to increase your work productivity, reduce mental stress and facilitate the performance of your profession. In the research of this work was also processed research dealing with the issue of the relationship of psychological resilience and engagement of teachers at the second grade of primary school.
