Performance evaluation of a chemical industry by selected customer
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována zákaznické výkonnosti a ukazatelům pro její měření a vyhodnocování. V práci jsou popsána jednotlivá výstupní měřítka a největší pozornost je pak věnována spokojenosti, retenci a loajalitě zákazníka a jejich souvislostem. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem zákaznické výkonnosti dodavatele Synthesia, a.s.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with customer performance and indicators for its measurement and evaluation. The individual output measurements are described in project and the biggest attention is dedicated to the satisfaction, retention and loyalty of customers and their context. The practical part is focused on customer performance at the supplier Synthesia, a.s.
