Diplomantka sa vo svojej práci bude zaoberať analýzou rôznych konceptov tranzitnej spravodlivosti využívaných pri vzniku medzinárodných ad hoc trestných tribunálov. Prostredníctvom komparatívneho prístupu bude skúmať spôsoby zakladania týchto telies, zdroje ich legitimity a ich schopnosť etablovať sa v konkrétnom postkonfliktnom prostredí.
