Teambuilding as a tool for building a team and utilization additional employee benefits to support it

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá teambuildingem a zaměstnaneckými benefity. Zaměstnanci jsou klíčovou složkou společnosti, proto je důležité o ně pečovat. Uvedená témata jsou zkoumána v rámci konkrétní společnosti – ve společnosti Smart wood Czech, s.r.o. v Libčanech. Práce se zaměřuje na funkčnost a význam teambuildingu pro zaměstnance společnosti. Cílem práce je najít příležitosti na zdokonalení uskutečňovaného teambuildingu a další možnosti na podpoření budování týmu. Dalším cílem je zjistit, jaké z poskytovaných zaměstnaneckých benefitů podporují budování týmu a navrhnout další. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány dostupné informace z odborných tištěných i elektronických zdrojů k tématu bakalářské práce. Praktická část následně představuje společnost Smart wood Czech, s.r.o. a obsahuje zmapování současného stavu teambuildingu a zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Hlavní částí je dotazníkové šetření, díky kterému byl získán pohled na dané téma od zaměstnanců. Závěr práce nabízí zhodnocení a doporučení, která vzešla ze získaných dat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on team building and employee benefits. Employees are a key component of a company, so it is important to take care of them. The mentioned topics are examined within a specific company – Smart wood Czech, s.r.o. in Libčany. The thesis focuses on the functionality and significance of team building for the company’s employees. The aim of the thesis is to find opportunities for improving the implemented team building and other possibilities to support team building. Another goal is to determine which of the provided employee benefits support team building and to suggest further ones. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part processes available information from professional printed and electronic sources on the topic of the bachelor thesis. The practical part subsequently introduces the company Smart wood Czech, s.r.o. and includes mapping of the current state of team building and employee benefits. The main part is a questionnaire survey, which provided insight into the topic from the perspective of employees. The conclusion of the thesis offers an evaluation and recommendations derived from the obtained data.
