Abstract:

Závěrečná práce se zaměřuje na téma autodiagnostiky učitele střední školy. Pozornost je v úvodu věnována osobnosti učitele, jeho specifikům a kompetencím. Pomocí odborných publikací jsou nastíněny základní pojmy celé problematiky – reflektivní kompetence, sebereflexe a autoregulace. Zmíněna je jejich důležitost a další klasifikace. V neposlední řadě je prostor věnován roli autodiagnostických metod jakožto nástroje pro efektivní sebereflexi učitele. Metody autodiagnostiky je nutné si osvojit zejména v rámci prevence stresových situací.

Abstract:

The final thesis is focused on the secondary school teacher self-diagnosis. In the introduction, attention is dedicated to the personality of the teacher, his specifics and competences. The basic concepts of the whole issue - reflective competence, self-reflection and self-regulation - are outlined with the help of professional publications. Their importance and further classification are mentioned. Last but not least, space is devoted to the role of self-diagnostic methods as a tool for effective teacher self-reflection. Self-diagnosis methods must be mastered, especially in the context of the prevention of stressful situations.
