Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikačními kanály využívanými ke komunikaci mezi bankou a klientem. Cílem této práce je rozebrat jednotlivé komunikační kanály, zejména internetové bankovnictví a jeho zabezpečení, kterému je věnována podstatná část práce. V analytické části práce popisuji komunikační kanály u vybrané Komerční banky, a. s.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the communication channels used for the communication between bank and client. The aim of this paper is to discuss the various communication channels, particularly Internet banking and its security, which is devoted a substantial part of the work. The analytical part of the paper describes the communication channels at selected Komerční banka,a. s.
