Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je komplexní rozbor institutu vazby v rámci trestního řízení. Práce vychází z ústavněprávního a mezinárodněprávního vymezení vazby z pohledu dotčeného práva na osobní svobodu. Za cíl si klade analyzovat vazbu se všemi jejími aspekty v rámci právního řádu České republiky. The subject of this diploma thesis is to complexly analyze the institute of custody in criminal proceedings. The thesis is based on constitutional and international legal status of custody from perspective of the right to personal liberty.
