Abstract:

Téma mé absolventské práce je „Generace Z a její pohled na život ve stáří“. Důvod, proč jsem si zvolila toto zaměření, bylo velmi diskutované téma důchodové reformy a přemýšlela jsem, jak jej zajímavě zpracovat. Koho jiného se tázat než generace, která vstupuje na trh práce a má v rukou svoji budoucnost? Se stářím také souvisí změny fyzického a zdravotního stavu člověka, proto jsem se ve své práci zaměřila i na prognózu sociální a zdravotní péče a zkoumala jsem jak lidé generace Z vidí svou budoucnost. Zda bude nutné do budoucna financovat péči více přímými platbami, nebo kdo se o ně ve stáří postará?

Abstract:

The topic of my graduation thesis is "Generation Z and its view of life in old age". The reason why I chose this specialization was the highly discussed topic of pension reform and I was thinking about how to process it in an interesting way. Who else to ask than the generation that is entering the labor market and has its future in its hands? Old age is also associated with changes in a person's physical and health status, so in my work I also focused on social and health care forecasting and researched how people of generation Z see their future. Will it be necessary to finance care in the future with more direct payments, or who will take care of them in their old age?
