Diplomová práce se věnuje rodu Silva Tarouca, jeho historii, představitelům a jejich državám na území České republiky. Práci tvoří čtyři kapitoly. První kapitola se zaměřuje na dějinný vývoj rodu společně s uvedením představitelů hlavní rodové linie i vedlejších větví. The diploma thesis focuses on the House of Silva Tarouca, its history, representatives and estates in the Czech lands. The thesis is dividend into 4 chapters. The first chapter focuses on historical development of the family along with introduction of representatives of the main family line and minor lines.
