Racially motivated crimes
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá pojmem rasově motivované trestné činy. Jsou zde uvedeny a vysvětleny pojmy, které s rasismem úzce souvisí, právní úpravy a předpisy, které jsou zaměřené na trestné činy rasově motivované. Zároveň se zabývá povědomím obyvatel o rasismu, nenávistných projevech vůči etnické skupině a diskriminaci.
Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the concept of racially motivated crimes. Concepts that are closely related to racism, legislation and regulations that are focused on racially motivated crimes are presented and explained here. At the same time, it deals with the resident’s awareness of racism, expressions of hatred towards an ethnic group and discrimination.
