Abstract:
Název práce: Čiřící prostředky a jejich vliv na mošt a víno Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na čiřící prostředky využívané ve vinařské praxi a jejich vliv na mošt a víno. Objasňuje jejich složení, využití a dávkování. Zabývá se novodobými přípravky využívanými ve vinařské praxi. Součástí práce je charakteristika koloidních částic ve víně a čiření obecně.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on clarifying agents used in winemaking practice and their effect on must and wine. It clarifies their composition, use and dosage. It deals with modern products used in winemaking practice. Part of the work is the characteristics of colloidal particles in wine and clarification in general.
