Tato práce se bude zabývat problematikou ukládání a výkonu výchovných a trestních opatření se zaměřením na mládež. This thesis is concerned into issue of imposing and executing of educational and punitive actions with a focus on youth. In the theoretical part, I will discuss fundamental concepts such as: youth, delinquency, juvenile delinquency, causes of juvenile delinquency, punishment, history of punishment, alternative punishments, probation and meditation, restorative justice.
