Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem techniky omezené stimulace a její formou známou jako terapie tmou. V teoretické části je téma objasněno s použitím odborné literatury a dosavadních výzkumů. Kromě historie postupného vývoje techniky je popsána také její současná podoba a využití. Ve výzkumné části jsou prozkoumány konkrétní prožitky účastníků terapie. The thesis is focused on the technique of restricted environmental stimulation and its form known as Dark therapy. The theme is clarified in the theoretical part using scientific literature and researches. Besides history of development of the technique, present form and its usage is described.
