Community planning of social services in the statutory city of Kladno dedicated to children with families.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzování faktorů ovlivňujících komunitní plánování sociálních služeb v Kladně se zaměřením na rodiny s dětmi. Teoretická východiska zahrnují komunitní plánování, sociální služby a rodiny s dětmi. Práce obsahuje sociálně-demografickou analýzu města Kladna a také analýzu poskytovatelů sociálních služeb pro rodiny s dětmi. Pro analyzování faktorů jsem zvolil kvalitativní výzkum a provedl rozhovory s aktéry komunitního plánování v Kladně. V závěru jsem přidal vlastní doporučení směřované především k vedení Odboru sociálního Magistrátu města Kladna.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze factors which influence community planning of social services at the city of Kladno with focus on families with children. Theoretical starting points of thesis includes community planning, social services for families with children. The thesis includes the social-demographic analysis of the city Kladno and also the analysis of providers of social services for families with children. To analyze the factors, I chose qualitative research and conducted interviews with community planning actors in Kladno. In conclusion, I added my own recommendation directed primarily to the management of the Social Welfare Department of the Kladno City Hall.
