Bakalářská práce se zabývá dědičnými poruchami metabolismu lipidů. První polovina teoretické části je věnována základním metabolickým drahám lipidů a jejich defektům. Druhá polovina teoretické části se zaměřuje na familiární hypercholesterolemii a aktuální možnosti nefarmakologické a farmakologické léčby. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis observes inherited disorders of lipid metabolism. First theoretical part of the thesis focus on a basic metabolism of lipids and possible disruptions of the metabolic pathways. Second part of theory describes disease called familiar hypercholesterolemia and current options in farmacological and nonfarmacological treatment.
