Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce v teoretické části pojednává o sestavení podnikatelského plánu, neziskovém sektoru, sociálních službách a možnostech založení a financování zařízení sociální péče, včetně fundraisingu a marketingu sociálních služeb. Analytická část se snaží na základě vypracovaných analýz zjistit současné podmínky pro podnikání v oblasti sociálních služeb. Konkrétní podnikatelský plán v oblasti sociálních služeb je představen v projektové části práce. Podnikatelským záměrem je založit nestátní neziskovou organizaci, s právní formou spolek, poskytující svým klientům odborné sociální poradenství a zdravotní péči v oblasti fyzioterapie. Projekt je unikátní tím, že služba bude poskytována dětem s nevyléčitelným nervosvalovým onemocněním od 7 let věku, tedy po skončení rané péče. Projekt navazuje na, již téměř rok úspěšně probíhající, pilotní projekt 2 ruce navíc, který funguje pod záštitou pacientské organizace.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the preparation of a business plan, the non-profit sector, social services and the possibilities of establishing and financing social care facilities, including fundraising and marketing of social services. The analytical part tries to find out the current conditions for entrepreneurship in the field of social services on the basis of the developed analyses. A concrete business plan in the field of social services is presented in the project part of the thesis. The business plan is to establish a non-state non-profit organization, with the legal form of an association, providing its clients with professional social counseling and health care in the field of physiotherapy. The project is unique in that the service will be provided to children with incurable neuromuscular disease from the age of 7, i.e. after the end of early care. The project builds on the successful 2 ruce navíc pilot project, which has been running for almost a year under the auspices of a patient organisation.
