Abstract:

Anotace Bakalářská práce analyzuje současný bankovní trh České republiky v oblastí úvěrových produktu. Práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na přehled o vývoji českého bankovního trhu od jeho vzniku až do současností. Druhá kapitola je věnovaná charakteristice úvěru, základní legislativě, upravující jejich poskytování a definice vybraných úvěrů. Třetí kapitola je zaměřená na analýzu současného trhu úvěrových produktů. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována porovnání nabízených produktů třech vybraných bank. Poslední kapitola práce odhaduje trendy budoucího vývoje úvěrových produktů. Kapitola podává předpokládaný vývoj českého bankovnictví.

Abstract:

Annotation This bachelor thesis deals with the bank loan market of the Czech Reublic. The work is divided into 5 main parts. The first one is focused on the synopsis of the development of the bank market in the Czech Republic from its inception to nowadays. The second part is devoted to the loan charakteristics, the main rules provided by law and the definition of the chosen loans. The third part is focused on the analysis of the present market of loan products. The fourth one compares certain products, offered by three chosen banks. The last part estimates the trends of the future development of the loan products. The chapter gives the assumed development of the czech bank market.
