International expansion of the company - market analysis

Abstract:

The goal of the Diploma thesis „International expansion of the company– market analysis“ is creation of preliminary and afterwards detailed analyses of foreign markets, which would be suitable for expansion of the observed company. In the theoretical part, there is explained importance of particular analyses of business enviroment, based on the literature. In the practical part are these analyses applied on observed company and foreign markets. In the conclusion of the thesis is submitted recommendation of the concrete foreign market to expand, based on the analyses.

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce „Medzinárodná expanzia podniku – analýza trhov“ je spraviť predbežné a následne podrobné analýzy zahraničných trhov, ktoré by boli vhodné pre expandovanie pozorovaného podniku. V teoretickej časti je na základe odbornej literatúry vysvetlená dôležitosť jednotlivých analýz podnikateľského prostredia. V praktickej časti sú už tieto analýzy aplikované na sledovaný podnik a zahraničné trhy. V závere práce je na základe vytvorených analýz predložené odporúčanie konkrétneho trhu pre expandovanie pozorovanej spoločnosti.
