Electronic excitations in topologic insulators
Abstract:
This work is the result of the examination of 8 samples of layers of topological insulators $\rm{Bi_2(Se_{1-x}Te_{x})_3}$ with thicknesses between 200-600 nm on the BaF$_2$ substrate. The molar concentration $\rm{Bi_2Te_3}$ in $\rm{Bi_2Se_3}$ was covering the interval 0-100 \%. Táto práca je výsledkom skúmania skupiny 8 vzoriek vrstiev topologických izolátorov $\rm{Bi_2(Se_{1-x}Te_{x})_3}$ s hrúbkami medzi 200-600 nm na substráte BaF$_2$. Molárna koncentrácia $\rm{Bi_2Te_3}$ v $\rm{Bi_2Se_3}$ pokrývala interval 0-100 \%.
