Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá bariérami zaměstnanosti žen a mužů nad 50 let jako rizikové skupiny na trhu práce. Zaměřuji se také na srovnání odlišné struktury překážek z hlediska genderu. Cílem práce je pokusit se zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku: „Jaké jsou rozdíly v bariérách zaměstnanosti mužů a žen ve věku nd 50 let?“ V teoretické části se zabývám současným stavem na trhu práce v České republice a faktory ovlivňující postavení starších obyvatel na trhu práce. V metodické části popisuji cíl výzkumu, metodu a strategii výzkumu, techniku sběru dat, jednotku zkoumání, průběh získávání dat, a také jsou představeni respondenti výzkumu. V empirické části se věnuji výzkumu. Výzkum byl proveden prostřednictvím přímých rozhovorů se staršími pracovníky, kteří byli uchazeči o zaměstnáni evidovanými úřadem práce.

Abstract:

The present Master's thesis explore the barriers to employment for women and men over 50 years as risk groups in the labour market. I am focusing on the comparison of the different structures of barriers in terms of gender. aim is to try to answer the main research question: „What are the differences in the barriers to employment for men and women aged over 50 years?“ In the theoretical part of studying the current status on the labour market in the Czech Republic and factors affecting the status of older people in the labour market. In the methodical part, I described the method and the strategy of a research, the data collection technique, the unit of research and, the process of data acquisition, also the respondents of research are introduced. In the empirical part, basic surveys are interpreted on the basis of realized interviews. In the empirical part of my work is research. Research was executed by direct interviews with older workers who were applicants for the job registered by employment bureau.
