Valuation of operational cost-cutting investments at the National Theatre
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění investice do snížení provozních nákladů v Národním divadle. K ocenění jsem použila metodu diskontovaného cash flow ve variantě FCFF a FCFE. Dále jsem hodnotila efektivnost dané investice na základě statických a dynamických metod. V metodologické části jsem se zaměřila na popis metod oceňování a hodnocení efektivnosti investic.
Abstract:
The aim of my diploma thesis is the valuation of investments to reduce operating costs at the National Theatre. For the valuation I used the discounted cash flow approach in the alternative with FCFF and FCFE. I also evaluated the effectiveness of the investment based on static and dynamic methods.
