Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá likvidací společnosti. Cílem práce je vysvětlení samotného postupu likvidace a zároveň snaha ukázat toto v praxi. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. This bachelor thesis deals with liquidation of a company. The aim of this thesis is to explain the process of liquidation itself and try to show it in practice. It is divided into two parts, both theoretical and practical.
