Responsibility for a Damage of Environment
Abstract:
Za téma své diplomové práce jsem zvolil Odpovědnost za "škodu" na životním prostředí. Práce obsahuje vymezení základních termínů, seznam pramenů a rozebírá podrobně jednotlivé druhy odpovědnosti. Závěrečná část práce se snaží zasadit problematiku do širších společenských, historických a politických souvislostí.
Abstract:
I have chosen Responsibility for Damage of Environment as the topic of my thesis. My thesis contains definition of basic terms, list of sources of law and analyse of particular kinds of responsibility. I tryed contextualizing this questions with wider social, historical and political context in the final part of my work.
