Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se zabývá vymezením postavení obce a zastupitele v systému veřejné správy a samosprávy. Je zde blíže vysvětlen vznik a zánik mandátu zastupitele a dále pojmy vztahující se k výkonu mandátu. Tedy kdo je uvolněným a neuvolněným zastupitelem obce a také kdo ze zastupitelů je považován za veřejného funkcionáře a kdy vystupuje jako úřední osoba. Druhá …more
Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is the legal responsibility of a member of the municipal council and the determination of potential risks associated with the exercise of his mandate. The greatest attention of the thesis is devoted to the description of all types of legal and political responsibility of the municipal representative.
