Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním hodnot očního astigmatismu zjištěných objektivní a subjektivní metodou. Celá kompozice je sestavena z části teoretické a výzkumné. První kapitola se věnuje refrakci a zrakové ostrosti oka, které s danou problematikou úzce souvisí. Následuje popis jednotlivých refrakčních vad s důrazem na astigmatismus. This diploma thesis aims at the comparison of values of ocular astigmatism determined by the objective and subjective method. The entire composition is composed of theoretical and research parts. The first chapter deals with the refraction and visual acuity of the eye, which is relevant to the issue, followed by the overview of refractive errors with emphasis on astigmatism.
