Diplomová práce analyzuje a teoreticky rozpracovává možnost stran dohodnout si pravidla postupu v rozhodčím řízení, reaguje na novelizaci zákona o rozhodčím řízení účinnou od 01. 04. 2012 a významné rozhodnutí Ústavního soudu ze dne 08. 03. 2011, sp. zn. Abstract:
This thesis analyses and in theory develops an option of the parties to make up the rules of the arbitration proceedings. Also it reacts on an amendment of the arbitration act effective from 01. 04. 2012 and the important judgement of the Constitutional court adopted 08. 03. 2011, file no. I. ÚS 3227/07.
