Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá aspekty politiky svrchované země zaměřené na přitáhnutí zahraniční ekonomické aktivity. Na začátku vymezuje pojmy „daňový ráj― a „offshore finanční centrum―, vysvětluje důvod vzniku daňových rájů a shrnuje jejich historii a vývoj ve světě. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with fiscal policy aspects of a sovereign country aspiring for attracting foreign capital. In the beginning, terms „tax haven― and „offshore finnacial center― are specified and the reason why they exist is explained.
