Tato diplomová práce řeší institut předžalobní výzvy, která vznikla novelou občanského soudního řádu. Zabývá se jejím zakotvením v českém právním řádu, a zároveň problémy, které z něj vyplývají. This diploma thesis deals with the institute of a final reminder of outstanding debts, which was created by an amendment to the Civil Procedure Code. Its aim is to analyse the position of the final reminder of outstanding debts in the Czech legal system and to identify the problems arising from it.
