Strategic Communication of NATO and European Union to Montenegro

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou naplňování strategické komunikace Severoatlantické aliance a Evropské unie v souvislosti s přístupovými procesy Černé Hory do obou těchto struktur. Popisuje hlavní zdroje strategické komunikace NATO a EU a tyto dokumenty nadále srovnává s jejich využitím v praxi za pomocí identifikace klíčových subjektů zapojených do procesů strategické komunikace. Pro vyhodnocení obou procesů využívá výsledky průzkumů veřejného mínění obyvatel Černé Hory, které mohou alespoň částečně ukázat dopad úspěšnosti jejich implementace. V závěru pak poukazuje i na shody a odlišnosti jednotlivých dokumentů NATO a EU.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the fulfillment of the strategic communication of the North Atlantic Alliance and the European Union in connection with the accession processes of Montenegro to both of these structures. It describes the main sources of NATO and EU strategic communication and continues to compare these documents with their use in practice with the use of identification of key actors involved in strategic communication processes. To evaluate both processes, the thesis uses the results of public opinion polls of the population of Montenegro, which can at least partially show the impact of the success of their implementation. In the end, the thesis also points out the similarities and differences of individual NATO and EU stratcom documents.
