Práce je zaměřena na systém hodnocení zaměstnanců. Dělí se na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se soustředí na řízení pracovního výkonu a hodnocení zaměstnanců a metod jejich hodnocení. Z pohledu hodnocení zaměstnanců se dále zabývá procesem a způsoby hodnocení zaměstnanců.
