The subject of thesis is to bring a closer look to a problematic of preliminary measures in civil proceeding and following special proceedings, on account of its considerable importance in protecting the rights of parties, in connection with arrangement of their mutual relationships in pending lawsuit, while also ensuring a better chances for possible following execution of court ruling.
