Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kvantitativní analýzou stříbra v lehké matrici metodou ED-XRF. Cílem práce bylo optimalizovat přípravu práškových vzorků a následná kalibrace spektrometru Elvax PRO pro stanovení obsahu stříbra ve vzorku. Lehká matrice byla použita, kvůli podobnosti matrici průmyslových vzorků. Byla zvolena metoda tenké vrstvy, aby byly ozářeny všechny atomy stříbra. Použity byly různé …more
Abstract:
Presented bachelor’s thesis is focused on quantitative analyses of silver in light matrix using ED-XRF method. The aim of this work was to optimize preparation of powder samples and subsequent calibration of the spectrometer ElvaX PRO to determine the silver content in a sample.
