Datamining of image file metadata for user profiling.

Abstract:

Digitální informace se zaměřením na prezentování obrazových dat, běžně obsahuje skupinu textových záznamů uložených přímo v těle samotného obrazového souboru. Tyto textové záznamy označované jako metadata obsahují technické parametry a doplňující informace o vzniku konkrétní fotografie. Účelem diplomové práce bude navrhnout metodiku analýzy metadat pro potřeby profilace chování jednotlivce nebo skupiny. Praktická část bude zaměřena na vytvoření datových podkladů pro tematickou hru, založenou na analýze metadat digitálních fotografii vytvořených mobilním telefonem.

Abstract:

Digital information inside of image files usually contains log data, in the form of text, that is saved directly inside that image file. This kind of data, called metadata, consist of technical information about time and place where this image was created. The goal of this thesis is to design a methodology analysis to create profile of an individual or a group by using this kind of metadata. Practical part of the thesis will focus on creating database for experimental theme-based game. The point of this game will be to analyse metadata of a digital images taken by a mobile phone.
