Předmětem bakalářské práce „Stimulační a motivační faktory ve vybrané firmě“ je analýza stimulačního a motivačního programu podniku a jeho vliv na pracovní výkon. The work "Stimulating and motivating factors in the selected company" is an analysis of stimulation and motivation program of the company and its impact on job performance.
