Reconstruction of the Building to Building with Low Energy Consumption

Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je rekonstrukce objektu na objekt s nízkou potřebou energie. Pro svou práci jsem použil objekt rodinného domu ve městě Březnice na parcele číslo 1055/44. Na objektu jsem provedl tepelně technické posouzení stávající konstrukce a podle současných požadavků normy ČSN 73 0540, jsem navrhl nový kontaktní zateplovací systém a výměnu otvorových výplní. Na obvodové zdivo jsem použil kontaktní zateplovací systém BASF Styrodur 3035 CS tloušťky 150 mm. Na stropní konstrukci nad druhým nadzemním podlažím je umístěn BASF Styrodur 3035 CS tloušťky 100 mm na stávající tepelně-technickou vrstvu. Dále jsem navrhl výměnu výplní otvorů. Okenní otvory budou osazeny okny Veka z pětikomorových plastových profilů s izolačním trojsklem vyplněným argonem. Okna budou předsazena před nosnou konstrukci na ocelové profily a budou zasazena do tepelné izolace. Dále bude provedena výměna dveřních výplní. Půjde také o systém Veka a bude se jednat o pětikomorové plastové profily s trojitým těsněním EPDM. Vrata do garáže budou vyměněna za sekční s profily z pozinkovaného plechu s izolační PU vrstvou tloušťky 40 mm. Těmito úpravami jsem dosáhl v posuzování energetické náročnosti budovy na hodnotu C1. Průměrný součinitel prostupu tepla obálkou budovy je Uem = 0,38 W/(m2K).

Abstract:

The aim of my thesis is the reconstruction of an object with a low energy requirement. For my work I use the family house in the town Březnice on plot number 1055/44. I conducted on the subject of thermal technical assessment of existing structures according to the current requirements of the CSN 73 0540, I designed a new insulation system and exchange of hole fillings. The peripheral wall I used insulation system BASF Styrodur 3035 CS thickness of 150 mm. On the soffit above the second deck above is placed BASF Styrodur 3035 CS 100 mm for existing thermal insulating layer. It is also proposed replacing fillings. Window openings will be equipped with windows Veka five-chamber of plastic profiles with triple glazing filled with argon. The windows will be built in front of bearing structure on steel profiles will be planted to make thermal insulation. Dale will be a replacement of door panels. It will adopt a system Veka will be a five-chamber plastic profiles with triple sealing EPDM. Gates doing garages will be replaced with a sectional profiles of galvanized sheet metal with polyurethane insulation layer thickness of 40 mm. We have made these adjustments in assessing the energy performance of the building to C1. The average heat transfer coefficient of building envelope is Uem = 0.38 W/(m2K).
