Modernization of construction and its impact on the market value
Abstract:
Tato závěrečná práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí – teoretické, praktické a analytické. Hlavním cílem této práce se stanovit tržní hodnotu bytového domu a ověření investičního záměru investora. Závěrem této práce je zjištění vlivu modernizace nemovitosti na její tržní hodnotu.
Abstract:
This final work consists of three main parts – theoretical, practical and analytical. The main aim of this work is to find out the market value of an apartment building and verify the investment plan of the investor. The conclusion of this work is to determine the impact of modernization of real estate on its market value.
