Changes in the Business in the Field of HORECA Segment Caused by Registration of Sales in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Elektronická evidence tržeb je zavedena v České republice od prosince roku 2016. První fáze zavádění EET zahrnovala obory, které jsou dle klasifikace ekonomických činností označovány CZ-NACE 55 a CZ-NACE 56. Konkrétně se jedná o obor, označovaný jako HORECA, který zahrnuje ubytovací a stravovací služby. Tématem diplomové práce jsou "Změny dopadající na podnikání v oboru HORECA vyvolané EET v České republice". Cílem práce je identifikovat změny ovlivňující podnikání v oboru HORECA, vlivem zavedení elektronické evidence tržeb v České republice. V první části práce se věnuji teori, která se soustřeďuje na podnikání a podnikatelské prostředí, dále daňovou optimalizací, daňovou politikou a opatřeními státu v boji proti stínové ekonomice. Ve druhá části práce se zabývám analyzování a popisem statistických dat, na základě kterých se snažím prokázat a identifikovat možné vlivy EET na podnikatelské prostředí v oboru HORECA. Na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhuji vhodná opatření a změny vztahující se k zákonu č. 112/2016 Sb., o evidenci tržeb.

Abstract:

Electronic sales records have been introduced in the Czech Republic since December 2016. The first phase of implementation of the EET included fields classified according to the classification of economic activities as CZ-NACE 55 and CZ-NACE 56. Specifically, it is a branch called HORECA which includes accommodation and catering services. The theme of this diploma thesis is "Changes Affecting HORECA Entrepreneurship Involved by EET in the Czech Republic". The aim of the thesis is to identify the changes affecting the HORECA business, due to the introduction of electronic sales records in the Czech Republic. In the first part I deal with theories focusing on entrepreneurship and business environment, tax optimization, tax policy and state measures in the fight against the shadow economy. In the second part I deal with analyzing and describing statistical data, on the basis of which I try to prove and identify possible influences of EET on the business environment in the field of HORECA. On the basis of the findings I propose appropriate measures and changes related to the Act No. 112/2016 Coll., On sales records.
