Abstract:

SOUHRN Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá spokojeností šestinedělek s péčí o novorozence na oddělení šestinedělí. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na specifika péče o novorozence těsně po porodu a v prvních dnech života. Dále jsem se zabývala pojmy spokojenost pacientů, modely spokojenosti, faktory ovlivňujícími spokojenost a metodami sledování spokojenosti. Tato část práce zahrnuje i rešerše předešlých průzkumů. Informace byly čerpány z literatury. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit míru spokojenosti šestinedělek s péčí o novorozené děti na oddělení šestinedělí. K vypracování empirické části jsem použila kvantitativní metodu anonymního dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Dotazník se zaměřuje na dobu těsně po porodu a na období hospitalizace novorozenců na oddělení šestinedělí. Tato část obsahuje charakteristiku respondentek, analýzu získaných údajů, výsledky průzkumu a doporučení pro praxi. Výsledky průzkumu ukázaly vysokou spokojenost rodiček s péčí o novorozence. Výsledky průzkumu byly zaneseny do grafů a tabulek. Pro zlepšení péče a vyšší spokojenost žen s péčí o novorozence navrhuji klást důraz na individuální přístup ke klientkám

Abstract:

SUMMARY This bachelor thesis deals with the satisfaction of the puerperium with newborn care at puerperium department. Bachelor´s thesis is divided into two parts. In theoretical part I focus on newborn child care specifics just after the delivery and in the first days of life. Further, I deal with concept of patient satisfaction, models of satisfaction, satisfaction influence factors and satisfaction monitoring methods. This part of the thesis also includes searches of previous surveys. Information were gathered from specialised literature. Aim of this work is to find out the level of puerperal women satisfaction with their newborn child care at the puerperal department. To formulate empiric part of this thesis I used quantitative metod of anonymous questionnaire of my own construct. Qestionnarie focus on time just after the delivery and hospitalization period of newborn at the puerperial department. This part contens respondent characteristics, acquired data analysis and research results. The results of the survey showed a high satisfaction of the babies with newborn care. Research results are mentioned in graphs and charts. To improve the care and higher satisfaction of women with newborn care, I propose to put emphasis on individual approach to clients.
