Cílem diplomové práce, s názvem - Minimalizace nákladů a zvyšování ziskovosti malého podniku, je analyzovat systém sledování nákladů související s hlavní činností v konkrétním malém podniku. Jelikož si podnik nepřeje být konkretizován, pro účely této práce bude nazýván tedy podnikem ABC. The aim of the thesis, titled: Cost minimization and profitability increase of a small business, is to analyze the costs associated with the main activity in a particular small business.
