Abstract:

Práce se zabývá racionalizací skladového hospodářství ve společnosti KOVOSVIT MAS, a.s. Analyzuje složení skladových zásob a současný stav jednotlivých skladových ploch v rámci podniku. Především je kladen důraz na jejich vybavení skladovacími prostředky a automatizační technikou. Na základě této analýzy plánuje restrukturalizaci celé podnikové sítě skladů. Navrhuje celkovou rekonstrukci a nové uspořádání centrální skladové haly s cílem maximálně navýšit její kapacitu. Tohoto cíle se snaží dosáhnout pomocí instalace moderních systémů výtahových zakladačů a systémů typu KANBAN. Zabývá se také otázkou, jak co nejvíce zvýšit produktivitu skladových operací. V souvislosti s předchozím je cíleno na snížení nákladů spojených s provozem skladů. Na základě navýšené kapacity centrální haly, dále navrhuje snížit celkový počet jednotlivých skladů podniku. Výstupem je daleko štíhlejšího, efektivnějšího a rychlejšího zásobování výroby opírajícího se o nejmodernější technologie skladovacích prostředků.

Abstract:

The bleacher thesis deals with the rationalization of warehouse management in company KOVOSVIT MAS, a.s. It analyzes the composition of stock and the current state of individual storage areas within the company. The accent is especially on equipping them with storage equipment and usage of automation technology. Based on this analysis, this thesis proposes to restructure the whole warehouse network of the analyzed company. It offers a complete reconstruction and new arrangement of the central warehouse hall with the aim of maximizing its capacity. It aims to achieve this goal by using vertical storage technology such as vertical lift modules and KANBAN systems. It also deals with the question of how to maximize the productivity of warehouse operations. In connection with the previous improvements, it proposes the reduction of the costs associated with the operation of warehouses. It proposes to reduce the total number of individual warehouses based on the increased capacity of the central hall. The output of this thesis is a proposal for a much leaner, more efficient and faster supply of production based on the latest storage technology.
