Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou inteligentní firmy ve společnosti Česká pojišťovna a.s. Cílem práce je provést analýzu současného stavu vybraného oddělení ve společnosti a na základě výsledků analýzy navrhnout opatření. Úvodní části práce jsou věnovány konceptu inteligentní firmy se všemi jejími charakteristickými znaky. Klíčová pozornost je soustředěna na inteligentní podnikání včetně společenské odpovědnosti firem (CSR), lidský potenciál a interní komunikaci. Pro praktickou část diplomové práce byla zvolena forma případové studie, která se nejprve zaměřuje na analýzu interní komunikace v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybraném oddělení společnosti a následně na navržení opatření vycházejících právě z konceptu inteligentní firmy. Samotným výstupem diplomové práce je návrh manuálu „Jak vybudovat inteligentní firmu“.

Abstract:

Master´s thesis deals with an intelligent company topic in the company Česká pojišťovna a.s. The work is focused on analyzing the current state of a particular department and suggest solutions based on the results of the analysis. Introductory part of the thesis deals with the concept of intelligent businesses including all characteristic features. Key attention is focused on an intelligent business, including corporate social responsibility (CSR), the human potential and internal communication. A case study approach was chosen for the practical part of the thesis. The study first focuses on the analysis of internal communication in the field of human resources and then on proposing measures resulting from the concept of smart business. The goal is to design a manual “How to build a smart business company”.
